These Terms and Conditions govern use of peptidelabs.in and purchases from PeptideLabs. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Research-Use Disclaimer.
Research-use products
All products are supplied strictly for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, therapeutic use or clinical use. Product information is provided for laboratory and educational context and is not medical advice.
Customer eligibility and responsibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research organisation, and that you will use, store, handle and dispose of the material according to applicable law, institutional procedures and laboratory safety requirements.
Orders
An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. PeptideLabs may request additional information, limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order where identity, payment, intended use, legal compliance, stock availability or delivery feasibility cannot be confirmed. If payment has been collected for an order we do not accept, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Product information and batch variation
We aim to keep product names, specifications, availability, images and prices accurate. Batch-specific analytical values and appearance may vary within the stated specification. Where a product page and batch-specific certificate of analysis differ, the batch-specific document governs that batch. Obvious typographical or pricing errors may be corrected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping, taxes or fees are displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorised and successfully received before dispatch.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Order preparation and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damage claims, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Accounts and website security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas or use the website for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, original text, graphics and other original materials belong to PeptideLabs or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
Limitation of responsibility
Research outcomes depend on experimental design, storage, preparation, controls, equipment and operator practice. PeptideLabs does not guarantee a particular experimental outcome and is not responsible for use outside the stated research-use classification. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms when business practices, technology or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
