PeptideLabs ships research-use laboratory products throughout India. This policy explains order preparation, shipping charges and delivery expectations.
Order preparation
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within two business days after payment confirmation and completion of any required order checks. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping charges
The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. The current standard flat-rate charge is ₹199 unless a different rate, promotion or institutional arrangement is shown during checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, courier network and service availability. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Remote locations, weather, public holidays, transport interruptions and courier delays may extend delivery time.
Temperature-sensitive packaging
Where appropriate, orders are packed to protect product integrity during normal transit. Customers should arrange prompt receipt and transfer products to the storage condition stated on the product page or batch documentation.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, PIN code and working telephone number. Contact support immediately if an address needs correction. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking details are provided when available. If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery problem, contact support@peptidelabs.in with the order number. PeptideLabs will assist with a courier enquiry but cannot control third-party courier operations.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
Report visible damage, an incorrect item or a missing item within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the parcel and packaging and provide photographs and an unboxing video where available. Claims are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Research-use limitation
All products are supplied strictly for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, treatment, diagnosis, self-administration or consumption.
